- Netlify – website hosting and serverless functions (USA; SCCs in place)
- Resend – transactional email delivery
- Google Analytics – anonymised website analytics
Each third-party provider is contractually bound to process your information only as instructed and in compliance with applicable data protection legislation.
7. How Long We Keep Your Information
- Enquiry data (quote form submissions): retained for up to 3 years
- Client portal data: retained for the duration of the service relationship and up to 5 years thereafter for financial record-keeping purposes
- Analytics data: retained as per Google Analytics' standard retention policy (14 months)
